Stop fighting your coaching software.

You know how you want to program. The problem is most coaching apps make you click through 47 screens just to write it.

Load It gives you the speed of a spreadsheet, without having to coach out of a spreadsheet.

  • Build weeks at a time
  • Paste in programs you already wrote
  • Set progression rules once
The builder

Your program should look like a program.

Weeks across the top. Exercises down the side. That's it.

Write week 1, apply it across the block, then change what actually needs to change.

  • Percentages, RPE, fixed weights or progression rules, all in the same program
  • Copy weeks and drag exercises around
  • Change one number without opening six menus to get to it

Basically: we got rid of the annoying part.

Import

Already program in Google Sheets?

Good. Keep your spreadsheet. Just paste it into Load It.

It reads the program, fills in the builder, and lets you check everything before you save it.

No rebuilding it exercise by exercise. No spending your Sunday moving programs from one piece of software into another.

Copy. Paste. Coach.

Progression

One program. Different lifters.

This is where Load It gets interesting. Say you program:

Your ruleBack Squat · 5×5 at 225 lb · add 5 lb each successful session
A
Client AHas 2.5 lb plates
Up 5 lb
B
Client BGym only goes down to 5s
Nearest weight their plates make
C
Client CMissed their last two reps
Same weight next time

Those shouldn't produce the same next workout. Load It tracks what each person actually did and works out the next load for that lifter, while leaving your original program alone.

You write the progression. Load It runs it. So one program can go to 20 people without turning into 20 programs you have to babysit.

Plate loading

Your clients shouldn't need a calculator to lift.

Instead of making them stare at the bar working out which plates come off, Load It just tells them.

That's the whole idea behind the name. Load It knows their bar and the plates they actually have, so it can show them how to build the weight you programmed.

  • Warm-ups, working sets and drop sets. All of it
  • Fewer loading mistakes
  • Less plate math, more lifting
Booking

Booking and training, in the same app.

Set your hours, say what you offer, and book clients without keeping a second app open all day.

In-person sessions open that day's workout, so you log their sets while you coach them. Their numbers, bests and next weights update like they logged it themselves.

  • Suggested times, near when each client usually trains
  • Weekly clients booked once, not every week
  • Credits, late cancels and no-shows. You decide each one
  • Clients can book themselves, but only when you turn it on

Sessions show up in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar too.

Everything else

And it's not only a program builder.

Load It can run the rest of your coaching too.

Client automations

Build your onboarding once. Every new client gets the same experience without you remembering to send everything.

Day 1Welcome message
Day 3Intake form
Day 7First program

Form checks

Clients upload a lift. Draw directly on the video and send your feedback back in the app.

Timed workouts

EMOMs, AMRAPs, circuits, intervals and rounds for time, with timers built into the workout.

Daily tasks

Give clients things to actually do: weigh in, upload a squat video, read something, take progress photos.

Exercise swaps

Rack taken? Equipment missing? Your client can swap the movement without changing the program you wrote.

Health data

Bodyweight, HRV and resting heart rate from Apple Health, alongside their training.

Groups

Run a gym, team or training group without moving everyone to another app.

Your brand

Your logo. Your colours. Your coaching page. Not ours plastered over everything.

Why we built it

Built for coaches who care about the programming.

A lot of coaching software is great at payments, habit tracking, meal photos and sending a 🔥 when someone finishes a workout. Then you try to program a 12-week strength block in it.

That's the part we wanted to fix. Load It is built around the way strength coaches already think:

ExercisesSetsRepsLoadProgressionWeeks

The software should make that faster, not force you to change how you coach.

Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Kim. You might know me as Buff Mama.

Women-owned company

I've been a devoted athlete for over a decade. When I got pregnant, all the conflicting advice about training through pregnancy left me frustrated, so I became a pre and postnatal fitness coach myself. As Buff Mama, I help moms get strong in the gym and confident in life.

I'm also a scientist, with a master's in bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins. Load It is the programming tool I wanted as a coach.

Switching

Switching from another coaching app?

You don't have to rebuild your programs or move everyone in one day.

1

Paste in your programs

Copy them out of your spreadsheet, or copy the text out of a PDF export. Anything Load It can't read is flagged for you, never quietly dropped.

2

Invite your clients

Send each client an invite code from the app. Your clients don't pay Load It anything.

3

Move over at your own pace

Keep your old app running while you switch, and bring clients across when you're ready.

FAQ

Questions coaches ask.

Something not answered here? Get in touch.

Is it really free?

Yes. Load It is in beta, so coaches pay nothing and there's no credit card to enter. When paid plans launch it will be one flat price, and you'll see it on this page before anyone asks you for a card.

Do my clients have to pay?

No. Your clients don't pay Load It anything, and we don't take a cut of what they pay you.

Can I bring my programs over from another app?

Yes. Paste a program in from a spreadsheet, or copy the text out of a PDF export. Load It shows you what it read before anything is saved, and flags anything it couldn't read.

Can clients book sessions with me?

Yes. Set your hours and what you offer on the Calendar tab, then book clients yourself or let them book inside your hours. In-person sessions come with that day's workout, so you can log it while you train them. Sessions show up in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar too.

Can I import my client list?

Not yet. For now you invite clients yourself, by sending them an invite code from the app.

Does it work on Android?

Load It has an iPhone app, and it also runs in a web browser, so clients on Android can use it at loadit.io.

Pounds or kilograms?

Both. Each person trains in whichever unit they choose.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. In Settings you can download everything in your account, including your programs and your workout history.

Can I track my own training too?

Yes. A coach can also be their own client, so your training lives in the same app as your clients'.

Take a program you've already written.

Don't build a fake one just to test the app. Grab an actual program from your spreadsheet, paste it into Load It, and see how long it takes to turn it into something you can send to a client.
