Rounded for a standard gym: 45 lb bar with 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lb plates.
How it works.
Each row multiplies your max by the percentage, then rounds to the nearest weight you can make on a standard gym's bar and plates: a 45 lb bar with 45, 35, 25, 10, 5 and 2.5 lb plates, or a 20 kg bar with 25, 20, 15, 10, 5, 2.5 and 1.25 kg plates. In pounds that means a step of 5 lb, and in kilos a step of 2.5 kg.
The plates are listed for one side, heaviest first. Put the same plates on both ends of the bar, heaviest on first.
If a percentage comes out lighter than the empty bar, that row shows just the bar.
