Clients trainOnly in Load It

Your clients never have to do plate math.

When the weight changes between sets, the app tells your client exactly what to put on or take off, like Remove 1 × 10 lb plate per side. They only see the change, not the whole bar again.

Most coaching apps

Most coaching apps show a number and leave clients to work out the plates.

Plate math, done

How it works.

  1. They add their gym

They enter the bars, plates and bands they actually have, in pounds or kilograms.

  2. You write the weights

You write in your unit. They see their own unit, rounded to what their gym has.

  3. They load the bar

Warm-ups, working sets and drop sets each say what changes.

Plate math, done

What else it does.

  • The Plate Loader tab shows how to load any weight they type in.
  • Warm-up sets are worked out for them.
  • They can add a gym for every place they train.
  • With studio gyms, you can share your gym's plates with the clients who train there.
  • They can load from a max by picking a lift and a percentage.
  • If they train somewhere else, they can switch gyms mid-workout. The sets they have left use that gym's plates.
  • Bands are logged set by set, and each gym can have its own Smith machine bar weight.
