Clients train

Every workout ends with something to celebrate.

The finish screen adds up the total weight moved, including the plates they carried to load the bar. Then it shows records, a Set of the Day, milestones like a plate a side, and hidden trophies they only find by training.

Milestones and Steel Moved

How it works.

  1. They finish

They see the total weight they moved, compared with real things, like 6 grand pianos.

  2. They earn a badge

Each workout gets a badge for the kind of workout it was, like The Grinder, The Engine or The Sniper.

  3. They share it

They get a clean, full-screen card to post or send.

Milestones and Steel Moved

What else it does.

  • They earn trophies for one plate a side, two plates, lifting their bodyweight and their 100th workout.
  • A Coming up bar shows how close they are to the next milestone.
  • Workout streaks are counted in weeks.
  • Hidden gold trophies include Night Owl, Dawn Patrol, Birthday Gains and the 1,000 lb Club.
  • Food trophies reward logging, hitting protein and sending meal photos.
  • A New best banner with confetti appears the moment a set beats their best.
  • The share card shows your logo and colors.
