Your data and your clients' data

What Load It keeps, who can see it, and how to take it with you or delete it, in plain words. The legal version is the privacy policy, linked at the bottom.

Clients choose what health data their coach sees

A coach always sees the workouts a client logs, because that's what they're coaching. Body weight, body fat, heart rate, sleep, activity and nutrition are different. None of it is shared until the client turns it on, with one switch for each kind of data, for each coach.

A client can turn any of it off whenever they like, and the coach stops seeing it right away. Progress photos are off for every coach until the client turns them on too.

Who can see what

A coach sees what they need to coach: workouts, records, the check-ins and habits they set, sets filmed for them and their own messages with the client. They can't see a client's password, payment details, conversations with anyone else, or any health data that hasn't been switched on for them.

When a client leaves a coach, that coach's access stops right away. The client keeps every workout they logged.

On a team

When a coach works on a team, the team's owner and admins can see how the team's clients are training, including workouts, programs, check-ins and measurements, so they can help or step in.

No one on a team can read a client's messages with another coach, or see their health data or progress photos, unless the client shares it with them.

Form-check videos are kept for six months

After six months the video itself is removed and can't be played back. The coach's notes, drawings, and the weight and reps of that set stay for good, so the feedback is still there to look back on.

Meal photos are kept for 90 days, and replies about them stay in the chat.

Documents stay between a coach and a client

Intake forms, lab results and other files a coach and client share belong to that relationship. Both can read everything, and each can delete only what they added.

Another coach can't see them, and they don't carry over if the client joins someone new.

Anyone can download everything

On the You tab, under Your data, anyone can download everything in their account as one file, or their workout history as a spreadsheet.

A coach's file holds their own programs and the list of people they coach. It never includes their clients' training, which belongs to each client.

Anyone can delete their account

Go to You, then Delete account, and type your email to confirm. It happens right away and can't be undone. Messages sent in a group stay there as "Deleted user" so the conversation still makes sense, but any photos or videos are removed.

If a coach deletes their account, each client is told, and the workouts they logged stay theirs. No app to hand? See how to delete an account without the app.

Nightly backups

Load It keeps a backup copy every night, so a mistake or a failure can't lose anyone's training. The copies are only ever used to put data back after something goes wrong.

Anything you delete, including a whole account, stays in those copies for up to 7 more days and is then gone for good.

Not sold, and no advertising

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers. There is no advertising in Load It and no third-party analytics or tracking. Health data is never used for advertising.

A few companies run parts of the app for us, like sending email. They can only use data to do that job, and the privacy policy names each one.

Load It never sees your password

You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password. Signing in is handled by our sign-in provider, Apple or Google, and Load It only receives a token saying it worked. There's no password in our database.

If you sign in with Apple or Google, your account has no password at all.

Try Load It with your own clients.

Your clients choose what they share, and they can take it all with them.
