Set up progression once, and it runs for every client.
Turn on Add weight automatically and type how much to add. Each time a client gets all their reps, their weight goes up. If nine people use the same program, each one progresses at their own pace.
Auto progression
How it works.
Set the step
Type how much to add, for example 5 lb a session, right in the grid.
They train
Their sets are already filled in at their current weight.
The weight adjusts
If they hit every rep, the weight goes up. If they miss once, it stays the same. If they miss twice in a row, it drops 10% so they can build back up.
Auto progression
What else it does.
- Each client progresses on their own, even when they share one program.
- Each jump is rounded to plates their gym actually has.
- Steps are converted between pounds and kilograms for them.
- The program you wrote never changes.
